We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We will change the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy whenever changes are made.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. Most actions you take on the Site will relay certain information about you to us. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

Personal Data 

You may also provide us additional personal information various places on the Website by filling out forms, posting comments, answering questions, providing information while purchasing programs and products or searching for specific information using our search tools. We collect name and email information to identify you as a buyer and provide access to your purchases. We request your address in order to ship products when necessary.

We sometimes request social handles to connect with you and communicate in less formal ways, especially if you have joined a live program or 1:1 coaching.

Tina Teaches English may also use this information to offer your additional products, programs, or services from either TTE or from third parties we promote in exchange for commissions from those other companies.

Email is the backbone of most online marketing in the twenty-first century. Your email is valuable to us, and your privacy is valuable to you. We take care to ensure that your email is used in a respectful manner, and we keep your email confidential. We do not sell or in any way share your email in exchange for remuneration(money or other compensation). Occasionally, TTE does partner with third parties to provide joint education, resources, products, or services. In these cases, your participation is deemed consent for us to share any information you provide to us to that third party.

TTE’s emails will comply with applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM act. Each email will clearly identify that it is from the Company along with a place for you to unsubscribe from our email list. Occasionally, the technological systems we rely on to remove you from our email list may fail to unsubscribe you. Unsubscribing from our email list will remove you from our routine promotional emails and informational emails about blog posts and other resources we may have to share. However, you may still receive information about programs, services, or products you have bought from Tina Teaches English.

We use this data to optimize the Website, improve user experience, and make strategic business decisions. All financial information is stored by our payment processors, Amazon Payments, Paypal, or Stripe, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
